You can report an insurance claim directly to your insurance company or through Bearing Insurance. No matter which method you choose, a Bearing Insurance claims manager will be notified and track your claim on your behalf.

Option 1: Report to Your Insurance Company

If it’s outside of business hours, we recommend reporting directly to your insurance company. You can find their claims contact information in your insurance policy, or on your auto ID card.

Option 2: Report to Bearing Insurance

At Bearing Insurance, we are dedicated to supporting you every step of the journey. If you prefer to report your claim directly to us, please complete the form below, or use our mobile app. We will review your information, initiate a claim, and contact you if further details are needed. If you have questions, call us at (800) 541-1419. Claims reported outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
